1 april!
Onze product update over de voedingskabel van de NewHank MULTIMATE was natuurlijk een 1 april grap.
De echt oplettende kijker heeft echter wel kunnen zien dat achterop de unit ook twee XLR uitgangen te vinden zijn en dat is geen grap.
We geven de MULTIMATE vanaf de volgende batch die in productie gaat een make-over en gaan hem hernoemen naar:

MULTIMATE Pro

De specs zijn gelijk aan de huidige MULTIMATE RS met toevoeging van de XLR uitgangen op de achterzijde en een nieuw uiterlijk aan de voorkant. De Pro heeft dus ook de RS-232 poort standaard aan boord.
We verwachten rond het einde van de zomer de eerste units te kunnen leveren.
Verhuizing

We zijn het nieuwe jaar fris begonnen vanaf onze verbouwde locatie in Oosthuizen. De dagelijkse werkzaamheden vinden daar nu plaats. Ons adres in Warder blijft ons factuuradres. Alle pakketpost moet naar Oosthuizen gestuurd worden.

We merken dat dit helaas nog geregeld fout gaat. De reparaties die we voor onze technische dienst ontvangen komen nu met regelmaat nog op het oude adres aan. Ook missen we vaak een ingevuld RMA formulier bij reparaties. Hierop zijn tevens onze verzendinstructies met het juiste adres te vinden.
Graag attenderen we iedereen op onze Repair service agreement en RMA formulier. Beide zijn te vinden op onze website onder het knopje 'Customer Services'. Hieronder een directe knop naar de pagina:
Nu op voorraad: NewHank

In onze nieuwsbrief van december hebben we twee nieuwe NewHank producten aangekondigd: de HM4x4S videomatrix en de Stream IT 3. Beide producten hebben we inmiddels op de plank en ook al een mooie stapel units mogen uitleveren.

Audinate Dante Avio actie
Bij elke bestelling van minimaal vier Avio adapters, geplaatst en gefactureerd in april en mei dit jaar, wordt een Avio Bluetooth gratis meegeleverd.
Blaze 8-kanaals versterkers
Op de ISE beurs heeft Blaze de 8-kanaals versterkers geïntroduceerd.
Momenteel zijn de 508 (8x 60W.) en de 1008 (8x 125W.) leverbaar en bij ons op voorraad. De 4008 (8x 500W.) en 6008 (8x 750W.) laten helaas nog even op zich wachten.

Nog meer Blaze nieuws: Speakers en control software
Ze waren al wat langer voor de Amerikaanse markt beschikbaar en sinds ISE nu ook voor de Europese markt. Vooralsnog zijn er twee constant beamwidth modellen en beschikbaar in zwart en wit:
CBL532 - 160° x 55°, Max SPL 119dB
CBL528 - 180° x 45°, Max SPL 121dB
We hebben inmiddels een set voor demo in huis, neem contact op voor info en prijzen.

Ook is nu software beschikbaar om Blaze PowerZone™ versterkers centraal te kunnen configureren en updaten: PowerZone™ Control Center.

CUE2024
 
Na 4 jaar was er dit jaar eindelijk weer een editie van de CUE Vakbeurs in Ahoy Rotterdam.
En wat voor een: drie dagen lang ontvingen we zoveel leuke mensen op onze stand en konden we ons programma voor de Benelux markt weer een goed in de spotlights zetten.

ISE2024
Op ISE waren we ook de hele week aanwezig. Esmé en Patrick hebben hun dagen vol afspraken doorgebracht met onze klanten. Ralph en Hylke hebben alle dagen op de beurs rondgelopen voor ondersteuning van zowel onze klanten als onze leveranciers. De avonden werden uiteraard weer als vanouds afgesloten met tapas en een sangria of piña colada.
ISE is voor ons ook weer ter inspiratie geweest voor nieuwe producten. Ralph en Hylke hebben de komende tijd daarom hun handen vol aan het uitwerken van nieuwe ideeën waar we natuurlijk, zodra we kunnen, meer over gaan delen.
Afwezigheid Ralph

Helaas moeten we Ralph binnenkort een tijdje gaan missen. Hij gaat een hele toffe reis maken door Indonesië op bezoek bij familie.
Ralph is vanaf 8 april weg en in de week van 6 mei weer terug. Zijn taken worden, voor zover mogelijk, over het team verdeeld. Alles mag tijdens zijn afwezigheid gericht worden aan Esmé.

April Fools!
Our product update regarding the power cord of the NewHank MULTIMATE off course was an April Fools' joke.
However, anyone who really looked at the picture could've spotted the back of the unit also showed two XLR outputs and that is no joke.
We're giving the MULTIMATE, starting the next batch produced, a make-over and rename it to:

MULTIMATE Pro

The specs are equal to the current MULTIMATE RS with the addition of the two XLR outputs at the back and a new design of the front panel. The Pro has also got the RS-232 port fitted.
We expect the new version to be in stock somewhere late summer.
Relocation

We started this year with a fresh start from our renovated location in Oosthuizen. The daily business is now carried out from this location. Our address in Warder will keep being our invoice address. All packages should be send to Oosthuizen.

At the moment we still receive packages at our old address, especially repairs being sent in. Also these repairs quite regularly do not have an RMA form included within the shipment. The right address and other instructions can also be found on this document.
We'd like to draw everyone's attention to our Repair service agreement and RMA form. Both can be found on our website when clicking the 'Customer Services' button.

Audinate Dante Avio promotion

CUE2024
 
After an absence of 4 years, finally this year the CUE Vakbeurs show in Ahoy Rotterdam was hosted again.
And what a great edition it was: for three days we've seen so many lovely people on our stand and we were able to really spotlight our Benelux program to the market.

ISE2024
We were also present for the whole week at the ISE show. Esmé and Patrick spend their days in appointments with our customers. Ralph and Hylke were walking around the show all days and met with both customers and suppliers.
The evening program off course included great tapas and a glass of sangria or piña colada.
ISE was very inspirational for new products. Because of that Ralph and Hylke will be occupied the upcoming period working out new ideas and we will off course, as soon as possible, share more about this.
Absence Ralph

Unfortunately we'll have to miss Ralph for a little while soon. He is going on a great traveling adventure throughout Indonesia visiting family.
Ralph will be gone from April 8th and be back in the week of May 6th. His duties will be, where possible, taken over by the rest of the team. All may be addressed to Esmé in the absence of Ralph.
